A raft of hospitality employers will today flood the Fair Work Commission to answer alleged s.372, s.65B, s.394 and s.739 transgressions. The entities include: Victorian Arts Centre Trust, Skywest Airlines, Resort Systems Pty Ltd, The Star Entertainment Group Limited and Northern Territory Air Services Pty Ltd.
